Oscillation is the key to a healthy life personally and professionally. It is one of the keys to our well-being. We work and break, we stress and recover, all around us we are surrounded by examples of this oscillation swinging between two extremes to maintain balance in our lives. Nature has it in the change of seasons, in the switching between night and day, in our need to stay awake and then to sleep. What does this look like for our spiritual well-being?
