Bouncing back from adversity and becoming resilient involves taking control of the narrative in our minds. Controlling the narrative to one that is hopeful and optimistic allows us to generate more options for ourselves amidst challenging situations.

Very true. Our actions are all based on our thinking. Positive thinking during a challenging situation prompts positive actions, it also reduces stress and as a result make daily life more efficient.
